Industrial Park Investment

Of these parks, National Geographic Information Technology Industrial Park in Beijing was officially launched on December 20, 2012. As the only national-level geographic information high-tech industrial park in China, it is now a national strategic and emerging industry integrated platform for geographic information and a place gathering internationally influential national-level geographic information technology enterprises on a large scale.

Financial Investment

As regard for financial investment, the Group specializes in investment in equities and asset operations. Adopting an international capital organization form and a professional investment model, it capitalizes on its advantages in “resources + capital” and makes deployments on the financial industry chain in an orderly manner. Leveraging its advantage in massing technologically innovative enterprises in its industrial parks, it steps up its efforts to develop private equity investment fund, builds an efficient and sustainable financial platform, and further promotes industry-finance integration in a bid to boost the value of its assets.

Mineral Resource Development

As for mineral resource development, the Group owns a diversity of metal and non-metal mineral resources.

Of these resources, the Group’s gold mine reserve prospected and proved is leading in China; on this basis, the Group has formed a whole gold industry chainintegrating prospecting, mining and ore dressing, smelting, and sales. In addition, the Group has the largest graphite reserve in China, accounting for more 50% of the country’s graphite reserves. Its subsidiary, Liaoning Guoce Gold Co., Ltd., owns a large-scale gold production base; it is the first listed company in the metal industry in Liaoning Province.

Healthcare

In healthcare, supported by its high-end medical and diagnostic technologies, the Group fully integrates its resources in advanced medicine and promotes in-depth integration between such industries as healthcare, science and technology, and elderly care. Building a whole healthcare eco-chain integrating prevention and health, diagnosis and treatment, and rehabilitation, it helps to perfect the One Health industry landscape gradually and promote the development of the Chinese healthcare industry.

Modern Services

As for modern service, the Group owns multiple five-star hotels, which include the Baifuyi Hotel in prosperous Dongzhimen business district and near the Capital Embassy Area in Beijing; Guoce (Beijing) International Convention & Exhibition Center neighboring Beijing Capital International Airport – an important window showcasing the capital’s exchanges with the outside world in terms of economy, culture, and arts. The Group also boasts a super-large building and home furnishing material logistics hub influencing six provinces in Southwest China and a tourist resort with the largest wild lotus lake in China. 

Overseas Investment

In overseas investment, the Group has completed its strategic development deployments in such countries as the U.S., Canada, and Australia, where it is mainly involved in such businesses as farms and vineyards and has built a cross-border cooperation platform integrating industry and capital.
